Returns & Exchanges

We (The S Way) do not accept returns. We (The S Way) accept exchange of the products only on the following grounds.

  1. If a customer receives a defective/damaged product, when so, the customer should share a photo or video of the product on the day of receiving it and contact The S Way representatives on the contact details given on the website.
  2. If a wrong product/garment size is received which in broader aspects means that if a customer ordered a size M (the size charts of the product is provided in the product selling page with respective products) and the product dispatched is of the same size that’s M but if it doesn’t fit the customer well then The S Way takes no responsibility for it, it solely depends on the customer’s own judgment of ordering/purchasing. Second scenario is if the customer orders size M with reference to the given size chart on the website with respect to the product but received an XL or XXL size then the customer can exchange it. In latter, the customer has to contact with the website/business representatives within 2 days of receiving the product on the contact options given on the website.
  3. The exchange of the product is against store credit for one year, within this time period, the customer can purchase any other product with this store credit amount. This point is only valid, when the product reaches back to the business representatives (that’s representatives of The S Way who are present at the return address which will be provided to the customer on contacting the brand for the exchange of the product) in good condition, unused, tags intact and without any damage or colour change in any form. Once the returned product is received and verified to be eligible for exchange, full amount of the price at which the purchase was made minus the shipping charges of the return shipment will be converted and updated as store credit in the respective customer’s website profile.
  4. For a customized outfit/dress/garment from The S Way, there is no return or exchange irrespective of the medium on which the purchase of the product was carried out.
